The shear wall was rotted due to water damage. Opening up the wall from the outside to replace the shear wall would've been expensive. Bill Allen Construction came up with a solution to get a city permit and build a new layer of shear wall from the inside, potentially saving me at least ten thousand dollars. Great job!

We needed to remodel my mom's bathroom and let me say that Bill Allen Construction did an exceptional job. My mother is very picking and very hard to work with but they were extremely patient and professional from start to finish. When my mom first saw her floors she had a problem with the moldings. The workers had no problem fixing her problem she had to ensure she was happy with the work being done. From getting the moldings to the tile for the shower, they did an exceptional job making this experience easy for my mother.

We contracted with Bill Allen Construction teardown and remodeling of our two bathrooms. Our original bathroom layout required a challenging design change due to its small area, adjoining walls, and constraints within the house. Bill and the crew did an amazing job walking us through the process and were extremely responsive & attentive to details.
